Information is missing or not being displayed correctly and/or settings are not being saved correctly while inside the administrative setup pages of the router.
There are known graphics rendering issues with Internet Explorer, which cause the Cradlepoint router administration webpages to be displayed incorrectly. To get around this, it is necessary to either enable Compatibility View in Internet Explorer, or use a different web browser.
Configuration Difficulty: Beginner
- Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Compatibility View Settings.
- Note: If the Tools menu is not displayed, press ALT + T to show it.
- Note: If Compatibility View Settings is not available, the network administrator may have used a Group Policy setting to configure the options for you. Contact your administrator or the help desk.
Click to select the Display all websites in Compatibility View check box, and then click Close.
- Close and restart Internet Explorer.
NOTE: Depending on the firmware version installed on the Cradlepoint router, Internet Explorer 10 does not display the Administrative Pages correctly even in Compatibility View. If you experience this problem with Internet Explorer 10 or 11, you may need to install a different version of IE, or use a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
